1. Introduction
The Netsky
is a company providing many services and products over
Internet. In order to expand its business and help people
without a large amount of money to set up and run his/her
own business, it sets up a referral network worldwide
for the purpose. The member of the Netsky referral network
is named as independent business operator.
2. Definition
Independent business operator is an individual operating an
independent business on selling the Netsky products or services. You voluntarily
become a member of the team.
3. IBO Obligation
In addition to be bound by the
Terms
and Conditions, you are willing to buy the personal package of web hosting
to become the member of the team. The value of the personal package is A$ 165.
In order to take effect, you will need to pay additional charge of A$ 50 for setting up
fee.
4. IBO Rights
As an IBO, you have
1) 5 MB personal web space. The web pages is under www.netsky.com.au
e.g.
www.netsky.com.au/~your-name.
2) 5 times advertising on the Netsky real estate, motor vehicle or jobs &
career.
3) an email address.
4) a private account. Through the account, you can check if the cheque or
money order is received by the Netsky or not and how the team, you belong to,
progresses.
5) a commission of 10% total fees (standard price) of products or services sold by you for the
Netsky. Your sale price is unlimited.
5. How you become an IBO
1) Fill the application form.
Before you send the application form, make a copy of the form. In case that any
dispute or any error arises out of it, you have a chance to find out and fix the
errors.
2) Send the application with a cheque of A$ 165 and a chosen password to the
Netsky address:
Netsky Pty Ltd
PO Box 992 BC
Hurstville NSW 1481
Australia
If you want to activate the package, you need to send a cheque of A$ 215 to
above address. This is because a setting up fee of A$ 50 is included. The reason
to make such a difference is that some IOBs already have a web site so that they
do need to activate it any more.
Before you send the application with the
cheque, please make sure that there
is an IBO number on it. The IBO number is the number of your introducer.
According to the number, the Netsky will give the IBO number holder the benefits
later on. So please respect your introducer's hard worker and do not forget to
put your introducer's IBO number on it.
After receiving your application within seven days, the Netsky will send you
acknowledgement with your IBO number. The IBO number is the Netsky reseller
identity so you shall put your IBO number in a safe place. Every time you sell
Netsky products, you need to quote the number in order that you can obtain the
benefits from it.
By using IBO number and the password you chosen before, you can check how the
team, you belongs to, progresses and calculate how much benefits you should get
at the time you visit IBO web page of the Netsky. If any question regarding your
IBO, please send mailto: ibo@netsky.com.au
It is your responsibility that after receiving the acknowledgement with your
IBO, you shall update your password on the Netsky web page over Internet in case
that the password is stolen by someone or intelligent agents during the period
of time the mail is sent to the Netsky.
6. How the scheme works
1) When receiving the application with a cheque from you, the Netsky
will send acknowledgement with three applications. The applications have your
IBO number on them. Then you distribute these forms to your friends and
customers who are interested in the scheme. If you run out of the application
forms, you can visit the Netsky web site www.netsky.com.au/ibo/form.html
and make a copy of it. You also need to make a copy of web page www.netsky.com.au/ibo/IBOs.html
so that your friends or customers know how the scheme runs and understand it.
2) Every customer introduced by you sends the application filled by him/her
to the Netsky address as above, and then the Netsky will send a cheque of A$
49.95 to you according to the IBO number on the application. If your customer
works the same way as you do, then
