* All fees in the personal package is payable in years and not refundable.

* All web hosting charges are payable in advance. Unused credit is refundable but not setting up fee and in the personal package.

* Web statics includes hit account and number of distinguished visitors at the monent.
** The difference between the certificate issued by a well-known authority and the Netsky authority is that when using secure connection, the web browser will complain about you the certificate is not issued by a trusted authority. All others are the same. The real difference is that the companies of the well-known pay a lot of money to a web browser company to embed the certificate into the browser. The Netsky issues a certificate with 1024 bits public. Therefore, it is highly secure no matter what certificate you use from a well-known authority or a Netsky authority. The real matter is that how many bits your browser uses in the symmetric key encryption. Normally, Internet Explorer and Netscape Communicator uses 40 bits symmetric key encryption outside of America. Using 128 bits symmetric key for encryption is considered incrackable at the moment or near future.
